The short version: Got it Good doesn't collect, store or share any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Who makes the app

Got it Good is made by MassPredict LLC.

What stays on your device

Your answers, the name you'd like to be called (if you give one), your photos and captions, your GIGitude and goodnight notes, your avatar, your settings and the days you opened the app are stored only on your iPhone, inside the app. Your GIG Index is worked out on your phone too. None of it is sent to us or anyone else, and we have no server for it to go to.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-up.
• No ads.
• No analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs that collect data.
• We don't sell or share data, because we don't have any.

Photos

When you add a photo to Things I love, iOS's photo picker hands the app only the photo you choose. The app doesn't get access to the rest of your library, and doesn't ask for it. The photo is kept inside the app on your device.

Reminders and notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder or the goodnight reminder, they're notifications scheduled on your phone at the times you pick. No server is involved. The daily reminder shows that day's line; lines about your own numbers (like income or lifespan) or about places near you are never shown on the lock screen. You can turn reminders off in the app (You) or in iOS Settings, and iOS's Show Previews setting controls what appears on a locked screen.

Sounds

The sunrise and goodnight chimes are made on your phone. They follow the silent switch, and you can turn them off in the app.

Sharing

A share card is made on your phone. It only leaves your phone if you choose to share it through the iOS share sheet, and then it goes wherever you send it.

Links to other websites

Links on the Give page and links to data sources open in Safari. Those websites have their own privacy policies. Got it Good doesn't see what you do there, including any donation.

Erasing your data

Open the app and go to You → Erase everything from this device. Deleting the app also removes everything it stored.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

This website

gotitgood.app has no cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other sites.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
